FileShare provides zero-storage cloud infrastructure for rapid, temporary user file hosting and network transfer on an "as is" basis without requiring account registration.
- Users retain sole legal liability and responsibility for all uploaded, stored, and shared files.
- Distributing malicious software (malware, ransomware, botnets, trojans, keyloggers, viruses) is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading content that violates applicable local or international laws, infringes copyright or intellectual property, or promotes violence and hate is prohibited.
- The administrator reserves the right to immediately remove or suspend any file without prior notice upon receipt of a credible abuse report or legal notice.
🔒 2. Privacy Policy & Cookies
Privacy is a foundational principle of the FileShare architecture. The service operates under a Zero-Knowledge approach: we never collect names, physical addresses, personal IDs, or social passwords.
- No User Accounts: We do not operate a user database, profile personal identities, or track download activities back to individuals.
- Cookies & LocalStorage: Used strictly for essential client preferences — saving chosen language (EN/PL) and session verification state.
- Advertising Partners: The service remains 100% free through sponsor partnerships (such as Adsterra). Partners may use third-party cookies in compliance with their privacy policies to deliver sponsored offers.
- Server Logs: Standard anonymous server request logs (IP address, timestamp) are retained solely for network diagnostics, DDoS mitigation, and anti-abuse protection.

FileShare respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Notice and Takedown process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Article 14 of Directive 2000/31/EC.
As a passive intermediary file hosting platform, we do not monitor or screen user-uploaded content in advance. If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content hosted here infringes your copyright, please notify us. We guarantee removal or blocking within 24 hours.
